Second Class

Welcome to second class. We have two wonderful second classes this year. Their teachers are Connor and Diana.

Diana's Class
April Update

Diana's class have been working hard this term on lots of interesting topics. We have been learning about toys from the past and today. We've been learning about classical music and the instruments in the orchestra through The Carnival Animals (Le carnaval des animaux) by Saint-Saëns. We've had great fun learning all about animals and their habitats in science and made animals using clay. At the moment we're all very excited because we're preparing for our end of the year play Aseob's Funtastic Tales. We look forward to seeing you for the big performance in June. Diana

Connor's Class

As a class we've certainly changed a little from last year. Apart from getting bigger and taller, we've welcomed a few new recruits in- Christina, Yousaf and Qwam. Sadly we've lost some familiar faces from last year: we wish Krishi, Monika and Kennedy the very best in their new schools.

For the festival of Halloween, we used chalk and sugar paper to create some colourful skylines. We've included a selection on our webpage as well as a couple of images of our endangered friends. and a snapshot or two of some of the boats we designed and made in a big science/art project of ours. We're not sure if all of them will float!
