Welcome to 3rd Class!
We have two 3rd classes this year. The teachers in these classes are Sarah and Renata.

Renata's Class

Renata's class have been busy with art. We learnt all about Dival the Hindu and Sikh festival of light. Our pastel picture show all the different forms of light from lamps to candles to the sun and stars. We also painted some spooky silhouette pictures for Halloween. Can you see all the colours of the sunset?

Lots of new photos can be seen below which shows just some of the wonderful hard work sarah's class have been doing. Well done!

One of our project this month was "Our names in Heiroglyphic's". Recently we have been learning about ancient Eygpt and the life of the pharoh's.We really enjoyed working as historians!The other Photo is an art display of coileach's.We loved the colourful feathers of the rooster that recently visited our school with the mobile farm.This was the stimulus for our art project " Tá na coileach ag fogairt an Lae".We used paint,feathers and glitter to create a beautiful rooster.
