Class Meetings
2011-2012

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We would like to invite you, and all the parents from your child’s class, to come to a short meeting on the dates outlined below. At this meeting you will see your child’s new classroom, meet with your child’s teacher and some other members of staff. At this informal meeting, we will also explain some school policies, outline the curricular programme of work for the year and answer any general questions regarding our school and its activities.

Specific issues relating to individual pupils will not be addressed at this meeting. If you have any issues to discuss regarding your own child, please feel free to make an appointment to meet with the class teacher at another time. Individual parent-teacher meetings will be organized formally later in the year.

It is very important that you come to this meeting. Please come to your child’s classroom at the times outlined below:
